Spin Room
Our dedicated eight-bike spin room hosts regular Les Mils spin classes. Can’t make it to a scheduled class? We’ve got you covered with our live and on-demand indoor cycling workouts from around the world so you don’t miss out!
Stuck in isolation but want to work out? For AED120 per bike or AED500 for five sessions, we will deliver our state-of-the-art Techno Gym bike with 22-inch screen directly to your door so you can join in a live class spin class from around the world. All bikes come fully sanitised.
Our two private studios are ideal for smaller group classes, one on one boxing on the bag or cooling down with your trainer after a tough session. These spaces can also be used for individual rehabilitation sessions.
